In the heart of the Classic Valpolicella Corte Fornaledo Winery produce tipycal wine of this zone. We are a young Valpolicella Classica winery with century of experience in grape growing. Our winery is a family run business and vinifies only a fine selection of grapes to produce high quality wines. We produce: - Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG; - Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC; - Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore DOC; - Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG; - Amarone della Valpolicella Classico RISERVA DOCG; - Vitae IGT Rosso Verona. We also produce a limited quantity of 1.5 L MAGNUM for each type of wine. Our century-old olive trees allow us a limited production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil especially appreciated for its aroma and very low acidity. Our winery: - is open for guided tours by appointment all year round; - respects the environment by minimizing the use of pesticides against diseases of the vineyards by adopting the "discipline of integrated pest management"; - is totally self-sufficient in electricity thanks to our photovoltaic system; - for vision impaired or blind people we have included a BRAILLE text on our wine labels.
